Stalling tactics are still in effect. While the PC voted "no" on the current ground sign design and "yes" on the overlarge 2nd story sign (now we can look forward to seeing that all up and down James St.), they left the door open: After most people concerned with this issue had left, thinking the PC had moved on to other items on the agenda, they allowed HDL to return with YET ANOTHER DESIGN. When will they have the courage to JUST SAY NO? This is a stalling tactic and Eastwood is being treated to it again. The HDL attorney said they'd be back in two days with another design.
