PUBLIC NOTICE
CITY OF SYRACUSE
BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Syracuse, New York to consider the following applications:

1.    Application No V-09-08, by Bethlehem Temple Church, for a variance of Part B, Section III, Article 2, and Part C, Section III, Article 2, of the Zoning Rules and Regulations of the City of Syracuse, as amended, to establish a church at 4625-4701 South Salina Street by waiving required parking, and parking facility screening and design standards in a Local Business District, Class A zone.

2.    Application No. V-09-09, by Jan F. Nastri, for a variance of Part B, Section I, Article 3, of the Zoning Rules and Regulations of the City of Syracuse, as amended, to convert retail space into an additional apartment unit on property located at 741-743 Teall Avenue by waiving the uses permitted, required parking, lot density, and existing front setback in a Residential District, Class A zone.

3.    Application No. V-09-10, by Syracuse Model Neighborhood Corp., for a variance of  Part B, Section I, Article 4, of the Zoning Rules and Regulations of the City of Syracuse, as amended, to construct a front porch on property located at 200 West Beard Avenue by waiving maximum permitted structural coverage and required parking facility screening in a Residential District, Class AA zone.

4.    Application No. V-09-11, by Ronald S. Naples, for a variance of Part B, Section I, Article 1, of the Zoning Rules and Regulations of the City of Syracuse, as amended, to construct a parking area in the rear yard of a four-unit apartment building property located at 121-123 Minerva Street by waiving parking facility screening and design standards in a Residential District, Class A-1 zone.

The above proposals are open for inspection at the Syracuse Zoning Office.  A more complete description of the above proposals will be found therein.  Persons wishing to appear may do so in person or by attorney.  Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals, Room 211, City Hall Commons, 201 East Washington Street, Syracuse, New York 13202-1426, or at such hearing.

  1. Do you know how many types of electrical motors are
    there. If there are industrial fans that can be mounted on the ceiling, there are those that can be mounted on the wall.
    Quite a few people today have at least a single ceiling enthusiast in their home and some use
    them as their principal strategy of temperature handle.
